Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Salesman to join Kaushika Silks. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, generating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable sarees, silk products, and other merchandise.
- Explain product features, quality, designs, and prices.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
- Support billing, packing, and delivery processes when required.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized.




- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in retail/textile/saree sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons.

Salary ₹[15k] per month + Incentives, based on experience and performance.
