KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and deliver monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new markets and new customer accounts within the region.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle — regular follow-up, relationship ownership, and market activity tracking.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Drive timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on sales, market activity, and collections.
- Support demand generation and forecasting for the territory.




- Travel across the Northern region as required to service and grow the customer base.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduate with 2–8 years of relevant sales experience; Science graduates with a Management Diploma preferred.
- Demonstrated team leadership ability, with a proven track record of hitting sales numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, consultative approach to business.
- Comfortable working independently under pressure, with solid ownership of outcomes.
- Proficient with MS Office and general internet-based tools.
