Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead property sales and field operations across Kerala. The role involves managing the sales team, developing property networks, handling key client negotiations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage real estate sales and field operations.




- Identify new properties, landowners, developers, and business opportunities.
- Manage client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and investors.
- Guide the Real Estate Executive team and monitor targets.
- Track leads, sales pipeline, and deal progress.
- Conduct market research and identify current opportunities across Kerala.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the Kerala real estate market.
- Proven team management and target-achievement skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong local network is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
