Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for Sales Interns. In this position, Sales Interns support the sales team by researching prospective clients, qualifying leads, and assisting with outreach through email, calls, and social channels.

Interns collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand idto.ai’s products, gather feedback from prospects, and improve messaging and outreach strategies. They may also contribute in sales enablement content, and participating in internal meetings to learn best practices in B2B SaaS and identity infrastructure sales.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Robust interest in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital identity, with the ability to quickly understand technical products and market needs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
