Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales – Home Interior Design role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable interior design solutions and product options. The Sales professional will conduct consultations, prepare and explain proposals and quotations, and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and execution teams, maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities,



and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through project handover. The role also includes supporting promotional activities, participating in showroom displays, and providing basic guidance or training to junior team members on sales processes and customer interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain design solutions clearly, and handle client queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to convert leads, manage pipelines, and support achievement of revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide team members on sales best practices and product knowledge as needed.
- Relevant experience in home interiors, furniture, or lifestyle retail sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with designers and operations teams, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, along with basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
