The Role

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage prospective buyers, fostering long-term relationships through professional, personalized service.

Property Showcasing: Conduct high-impact, guided property tours and site visits, effectively articulating our project’s value proposition and unique design features.

Strategic Negotiation: Facilitate seamless negotiations between buyers and our management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Transaction Management: Assist clients through the end-to-end sales lifecycle, ensuring all legal documentation, paperwork, and booking processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Market Intelligence:



Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property valuation fluctuations to provide expert guidance to clients.
