Job Function: ​ (1) ​ Identifying Recent Prospects/Customers by different sources of leads generating activities .

- (2) Meeting with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate ​​​ guidance. Working on leads provided by company. (3) ​ End to End process of customer application including (A) Site Survey. (B) Assisting customers with applications under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. (C) ​ Complete application and documentation in PM Suryaghar Portal. (D) ​ Facilitating loan applications by coordinating with the concerned banks and ensuring ​ ​ ​ submission of all required documents. (4) Ensuring 100% payment collection from customer .
- (5) Supporting in Net Metering by coordination and liaison with DISCOM after installation of ​ solar system.
- (6) Closely working with Execution and Back End Team and provide necessary documents and ​ information about the customer .
- (7) Creating & Managing customers data base with all necessary documents. (8) Working efficiently in order to achieve monthly sales target .
