The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, understand their footwear needs, drive sales, and contribute to store operations while upholding the brand's service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in selecting suitable footwear and accessories.

Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays. Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities. Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives within the store. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Required

Qualifications12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, footwear sales, apparel sales, or customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.



Basic computer and POS knowledge.
