Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English will be an advantage.




- Sales/calling experience is preferred but freshers are welcome.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
