Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes conducting regular market visits, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating terms, and ensuring product visibility and availability at points of sale.

and coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, resolve customer issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable with on-the-ground activities, including frequent market visits, prospecting, and cold outreach.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track leads and sales performance.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of sustainable products or an interest in environmentally responsible brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Jaipur; familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
