Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for jewellery and fashion, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their jewellery shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining product presentation, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, features, materials, quality, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Demonstrate products and help customers make confident purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation and cleanliness of the jewellery showroom and display counters.
- Ensure jewellery is handled, displayed, and stored carefully according to company procedures.
- Assist with billing, order processing, product documentation, and other sales-related activities when required.




- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with prospective customers.
- Stay updated on recent jewellery collections, designs, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the showroom team and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales, security, customer service, and jewellery handling.

Requirements
- Previous experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert enquiries into sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about jewellery, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.

Minimum One Year experience in the jewellery field is a mandatory.
