Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, developing tailored technical solutions, and presenting them effectively to potential clients.



You will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships by providing exceptional technical support and customer service.

Additionally, you will assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into tailored solutions
- Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area
