About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support the sales and business development of industrial products and safeguard solutions. The ideal candidate should have a technical understanding of mechanical/industrial products and be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Visit customer sites to understand their technical and product requirements.

Promote and demonstrate company products and safeguard solutions.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations.

Coordinate with customers, internal sales teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Provide basic technical/product information and resolve customer queries.

Maintain regular reports on customer visits, enquiries, and sales activities.





Required Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

ITI graduates with relevant industrial/mechanical experience may also apply.

Basic understanding of mechanical/industrial products and applications.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical products in a simple manner.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and preparing quotations will be an advantage.

Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and interest in sales are welcome.

Preferred Skills

Technical sales / industrial sales experience.

Experience dealing with manufacturing plants, factories, OEMs, or industrial customers.

Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally/regionally.
