We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales, SaaS product selling, team leadership, sales strategy, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures.

Candidates with a background in IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Sulekha, or similar B2B marketplace, SaaS, digital services, or lead-generation organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective B2B and SaaS sales strategies .
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final deal closure.
- Understand the company's SaaS product and effectively communicate its features, benefits, use cases, and ROI to prospects.
- Handle high-value clients and strategic accounts.
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, decision-makers, and key business stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value and complex deals.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue, MRR/ARR, and team performance.
- Set individual and team targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Develop sales processes, SOPs, pitch strategies, and performance frameworks.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and SaaS buying patterns.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports for management.




- Take ownership of overall sales numbers, revenue growth, and business development.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall sales experience , with significant experience in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong B2B and SaaS sales experience .
- Good understanding of SaaS products, subscription-based business models, MRR, ARR, renewals, upselling, and customer acquisition .
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Experience managing sales funnels, pipelines, CRM, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to handle enterprise and high-value client negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on revenue, growth, and profitability.
- Ability to build and execute scalable sales strategies.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Sulekha, SaaS companies, B2B marketplaces, digital services, IT services, or lead-generation businesses will be highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be someone who has managed a sales team, created sales strategies, generated and converted leads, handled key clients, negotiated deals, and personally driven important deals to closure.

They should also have a strong understanding of SaaS products and how to sell technology solutions to businesses, rather than having experience only in traditional sales.
