Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in managing customer communication, sales coordination, order follow-ups, and day-to-day sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share quotations, order details, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, approvals, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for order status and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS as required.
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and marketing-related materials.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and sales activities.




- Support the sales team in achieving business and customer service objectives.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Sales & Marketing concepts.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Marketing.
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing / B2B environment will be an advantage.
- Should be proactive, presentable, and comfortable with regular customer follow-ups.

- Timely follow-up on enquiries and quotations.
- Accuracy of sales documentation and MIS.
- Customer response and coordination.
- Order follow-up and coordination with internal departments.
- Timely resolution/escalation of customer requirements.
- Support in generating new enquiries and business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
