Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales coordinator to manage customer interactions, coordinate project-related communication, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project teams.
- Provide regular project updates to customers.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction/interior industry or related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and valuable at follow-ups.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
