Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

- Process orders, generate quotations, and follow up on payments from clients.

- Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide back office support for sales operations.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including orders processed, quotes issued, and payments received.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing sales orders, generating purchase orders (POs), and booking tickets.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.

- Solid understanding of order processing, payment follow-up, and quotation generation processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective enquiry management and follow-ups with customers.
