Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in West Bengal, India, focused on the 4-wheeler automobile industry. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, presenting suitable models and variants, and guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey.

Key responsibilities include handling showroom and customer inquiries, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options, preparing quotations, negotiating with customers, and following up with leads to drive conversions.

The Sales

Consultant will maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers, ensure a smooth purchase experience, coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate customer and lead records, updating CRM systems,



generating sales reports, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and consistently strive to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in 4-wheeler automobile sales is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer requirements and convert leads into vehicle sales.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering a positive purchase experience.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales processes, including vehicle presentations, test drives, quotations, financing, insurance, and vehicle delivery, will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with customers and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Ability to work with sales targets, manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, MS Office, and maintaining sales records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to work on-site in West Bengal and operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented automobile sales environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
