Role Description: The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The person in this role will support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, presenting product information, and assisting with order processing and follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, regular sales calling, and preparing the schedules for meetings and presentations.

The role also involves keeping the showroom or sales area organised, providing courteous and informed customer service, and helping with product displays and promotional activities as needed.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, sales team members, and internal departments.
- Candidates should possess sales skills, including basic negotiation and product presentation capabilities, to support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid organisation skills to manage enquiries, meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Relevant experience in retail, building materials, laminates, or decor products is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and preparing simple reports is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a commerce or business-related degree is beneficial, with language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
