About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Artist Management Executive to join our Artist Management & Sales team.

The role involves client servicing, sales, artist coordination and hands-on event execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing artists and entertainment requirements from the initial enquiry and booking stage through to the successful completion of the event.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Sales

- Handle client enquiries and understand their event, entertainment and artist requirements.
- Recommend suitable artists and entertainment options based on client requirements and budget.
- Handle client calls, WhatsApp, email communication and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare artist options, quotations and proposals and assist in closing bookings.
- Follow up on leads and work towards monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Artist Management & Coordination

- Coordinate with artists, artist managers, clients, production teams and internal teams from booking confirmation until completion of the event.
- Manage artist requirements including schedules, travel, accommodation, hospitality, technical requirements, sound checks, rehearsals, stage timings and other event-related arrangements.
- Coordinate artist logistics and ensure smooth movement and timely execution at the venue.
- Act as the key point of coordination between the artist, artist manager, client, production and internal teams.




- Handle last-minute changes, artist requests and on-ground requirements professionally and efficiently.

On-Ground Event Execution

Before the Show:

- Coordinate artist arrival, venue entry, check-in, green room, hospitality and other artist requirements.
- Ensure sound check/rehearsal and technical requirements are coordinated properly.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding stage readiness and performance timings.
- Ensure all artist-related arrangements are in place before the performance.

During the Show:

- Coordinate artist stage entry and performance timings.
- Stay in communication with the artist/artist manager, client and production team.
- Ensure smooth coordination of sound, technical and stage requirements.
- Handle any last-minute artist or event requirements during the performance.

After the Show:

- Coordinate artist exit, check-out, departure and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all artist-related commitments and requirements are properly closed.
- Coordinate settlement-related requirements wherever applicable.
- Ensure a smooth handover and closure of the artist engagement.

- Telecalling / Inside Sales / Business Development
- Client Servicing with strong sales exposure

Candidates with 6 months+ relevant experience and strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
