Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Application Engineer. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements, propose suitable dispensing solutions, and support the sales cycle from initial inquiry through to closure.

The Sales Application

Engineer will prepare technical proposals, system configurations, and cost estimates, and will demonstrate products and application capabilities through presentations, remote demos, and technical discussions. The role includes providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support,



troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The Sales Application

Engineer will maintain strong customer relationships, gather market and application insights, and contribute to product positioning and solution development in line with manufacturing and fluid handling needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Sales Engineering and Sales skills to manage technical inquiries, solution selling, and customer relationship development.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to provide application guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and post-sales service for dispensing and fluid handling systems.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills to understand and support control systems, automation interfaces, and electrical integration of dispensing equipment.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering skills to interpret mechanical designs, evaluate fixtures and tooling, and support integration of dispensing solutions into production lines.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field), experience in industrial automation or fluid dispensing systems, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
