Order Management - Provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process and help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support Collection &
• Sales Accounting - Ensure quarterly reconciliations for all processors, and undertake other sales and accounting activities to track and minimize variance and in the collection figures as per credit period Customer complaint tracking - Ensure customer complaints are tracked for breakages, shortage and quality and resolved as per TAT Samples &
• Collaterals - Ensure availability of Samples &
• Collaterals at processors place Reporting - Prepare &
• Circulate MIS as per schedule - Monitor processor offtake for AIS as well as competitors and highlight concerns - Monitor Processor stock movement
