Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: S14, 5 Cross Road, Devarachiknahalii, BDA Layout BTM 4 Stage, Bengaluru.

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary: ₹ 3.5 LPA – 4 LPA + Incentives up to ₹30,000 per month.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This position offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, sales and business development while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients using the leads provided by the company through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and effectively pitch the company's products and services.
- Convert assigned leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with assigned leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience into Sales.
