Role Description The Safety Officer at Toyo Kombucha will oversee workplace health, safety, and security practices at the production and office facilities in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, in office role includes conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

The Safety

Officer will lead incident and accident investigations, maintain safety records, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities also include developing and delivering safety training programs, supporting occupational health initiatives,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture. The role requires close collaboration with operations, HR, and management to continuously improve safety standards and support sustainable, safe production processes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, regulations, and standards.
- Experience in Accident Investigation and incident reporting, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Understanding of Security procedures and risk mitigation in a manufacturing or food and beverage environment.
- Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs for diverse employee groups.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing settings is preferred.
