- Prepare a variety of rolls, wraps, kebab rolls, chicken rolls, veg rolls, paneer rolls, and specialty wraps.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in preparing and cooking different types of fillings, including chicken, mutton, kebabs, paneer, vegetables, and other ingredients.

- Prepare and maintain marinades, sauces, chutneys, dressings, and accompaniments used in rolls and wraps.

- Ensure proper cooking, seasoning, texture, and portioning of all products.

- Prepare rotis, parathas, tortillas, roomali roti, or other wrap bases as required.

- Maintain consistency in taste, size, portion, appearance, and quality across every order.

- Follow standardized recipes and accurately maintain ingredient quantities.

- Manage mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared and available during service.

- Work efficiently during high-volume and peak service hours.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen.

- Follow food safety, storage, temperature-control, and sanitation procedures.

- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team to ensure timely order preparation.





- Assist in developing new roll and wrap varieties based on customer preferences and menu requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Rolls Chef, Wraps Chef, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.

- Strong specialization in rolls, wraps, kebabs, fillings, and sauces.

- Excellent knowledge of Indian and/or international roll and wrap preparations.

- Ability to prepare products quickly and consistently during busy service.

- Good understanding of seasoning, marination, grilling, frying, and cooking techniques.

- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Good speed, discipline, and attention to detail.
