Role Description The Robotics Instructor role is a full time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The instructor will design and deliver robotics and STEM-focused lessons, conduct hands-on workshops, and guide students through building and programming robots using age-appropriate tools and platforms.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to learners with different skill levels. The role also involves collaborating with school staff to align robotics activities with curriculum goals,



conducting training sessions for educators on robotics and related technologies, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

The Robotics

Instructor will contribute to ongoing program improvement by providing feedback on teaching materials and participating in curriculum development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and STEM, with experience in designing and delivering hands-on learning activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to students and educators.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to conduct workshops, classes, and teacher training sessions in educational settings.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills (e.g., block-based coding, Python, or similar) relevant to robotics platforms used in schools.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior teaching or mentoring experience, familiarity with school environments, and a passion for experiential learning.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Ranchi and manage classroom activities independently.
