The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).

/n

- Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.

/n

- Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.

/n

- Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.

/n

- Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.

/n

- Prepare general layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.

/n





- Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.

/n

- Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.

- Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.

- Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.

- Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.
