- Experience in Bluetooth IC, trade-off analysis, RF Frontend circuit design and analysis.

- Experience in compact antenna design and analysis for Ex., BLE, short-range communications, etc.

- Experience in hardware integration testing and validation testing (EMI EMC, Electrical, and Environmental tests)

- Having knowledge on PCB layout, component placement, routing and basic knowledge on design for manufacturability.

- Strong technical knowledge in Electromagnetic field, RF and Antenna, Bluetooth

- Knowledge in implementation of antenna in Vehicle setting

- Knowledge in architecting system level design for RF/antenna system products for Automotive domain

- Knowledge in EMI/EMC basics, mixed signal design (analog and digital IC)

- Experience in working with global interdisciplinary teams and OEMs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Hands on experience in WCCA /Power calculations / Stress Analysis.

- Having exposure in HW design life cycle.

- Responsible for the design and development of products comprising Analog sections, Power supply section, RF section, Bluetooth circuit and Antenna measurements in complete product life cycle.

- Responsible for architecture design decisions

- Leading and coordinating cross-functional reviews, design reviews, and technical decision boards

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to higher management in a structured, concise, and decisionoriented manner.

- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members, promote best engineering practices, and ensure quality standards are met.

- Define and refine detailed technical requirements to ensure a robust and reliable product design, especially in cases where customer requirements are high-level or insufficiently detailed.

- Debugging design, Issues in Development and validation phase.

- Responsible for interacting with the cross-function teams

- EM 3D modelling and simulation for our products

- Analysis integration effect of metal and casing part and identify solutions

- Support product development teams with EM simulation and RF expertise for products

- Good Report preparation of simulation and analysis results.

- Plan and execute projects to evaluate products in earlier phase of project plan

- RF and Antenna PCB material specification and selection for our products

- RF transmitter and receiver circuit Troubleshooting for our products with RF expertise

- RF/Antenna design, simulation and optimization of diversity antennas and co-location analysis

- Antenna testing and impedance matching and provide solution.
