- Manage the full client journey — from walk-in to closed order, off-the-rack or customised
- Drive store sales through confident, consultative client communication
- Coordinate with design/production on customisation timelines
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
- Build lasting client relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable with a high-end clientele
- Robust sales closing ability
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or bridal/couture preferred
- Organised and detail-oriented
