# Key Responsibilities / KRA :

- Attend customers, understand their requirements, and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain proper product placement, category arrangement, and displays.

•Perform upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products.

- Maintain strong knowledge of Growfitz products, features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Handle POS operations, billing, payments, and accurate invoice generation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock counting,



inventory management, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
