We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Restaurant Server to join our team. The server will welcome guests, take food and drink orders, serve food, and make sure customers have a good dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and show them to their tables.
- Take food and drink orders correctly.
- Serve food and drinks in a polite and timely manner.
- Check on customers to make sure they are happy with their meals.
- Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Keep tables clean and organized.
- Prepare and clean tables before and after service.
- Process customer bills and payments.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other restaurant staff.
- Follow restaurant health, safety, and cleanliness rules.
- Handle customer requests and concerns in a friendly and professional way.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
