Restaurant Manager

Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration or related field

Experience: Highly experienced candidates preferred

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily work allocation.
- Control food costs, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.




- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and professional setting.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
