Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, responsible for leading day-to-day operations of one or more restaurant units. This includes overseeing staff scheduling, supervising service standards, and ensuring a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for guests.

The General

Manager will manage inventory and supplies, monitor sales and costs, and implement initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also involves coaching and developing team members, handling customer feedback, and maintaining adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and brand guidelines.



Collaboration with senior management on business planning, marketing activities, and operational improvements is an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L; Management and Budgeting.
- Proven focus on guest experience, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Background in restaurant or hospitality management, with prior leadership experience in a multi-outlet or high-volume setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
