Senior Captain / Captain for Pass the Salt - MUMBAI CANDIDATES ONLY

We’re looking for warm, energetic and guest-focused Captains & Sr. Captains to join our front-of-house team at Pass the Salt, Kala Ghoda.

Your Role

- Manage your floor section and ensure smooth service
- Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen & bar
- Deliver a warm and attentive guest experience
- Guide and support Stewards and junior team members
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Maintain service, grooming and hygiene standards
- Support smooth table flow during busy service

We’re Looking For:

- Captain: 2–3 years’ experience
- Senior Captain: 4-5 years’ experience
- Premium casual / à la carte restaurant experience preferred
- Good food & beverage knowledge




- Strong communication and guest-handling skills
- Positive, hands-on and team-oriented attitude

Salary: Captain: ₹20,000–₹25,000 + Service Charge

Senior Captain: ₹26,000–₹30,000 + Service Charge

Location: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
