! We’re Hiring: RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER !

Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Floor Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Operations Oversight: Manage daily floor operations during peak and off-peak hours, ensuring smooth service transitions.

Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers and captains.

Customer Relations: Greet guests, handle special requests, and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage standards and ensure dining room aesthetics meet the brand's premium guidelines.

Inventory & Supplies: Oversee the stock of front-of-house supplies and assist in end-of-month inventory counts.

​Compliance & Safety: Enforce all food safety, health, and alcohol regulations

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant/hospitality industry.

​Communication Skills:



Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

​Organizational Abilities: Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (e.g., Toast, Square, or Lightspeed) and reservation software (e.g., OpenTable).

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
