The Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care to patients in home care, transitional care, and continuum care settings, ensuring safe and effective respiratory therapy support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients with respiratory conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy, nebulization, and ventilator support
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and oxygen devices
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment usage
- Monitor vital signs and respiratory status
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and care teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Respiratory Therapy
- Relevant clinical or home care experience preferred
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills
