About the Role

We are looking for a Residential Sales Executive to handle residential property sales, connect with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and help them find suitable properties.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Conduct property visits and explain project details.

Build strong relationships with clients.

Negotiate and close property deals.

Maintain customer and sales details in CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused and target-orientated approach.

Previous residential real estate experience is preferred.

Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
