About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Research and Product Development professional who is excited about building consumer products from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to the entire product journey — from understanding consumer needs and identifying market opportunities to developing, refining, and launching products that make a real difference.

What You’ll Work On

- Market, consumer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities
- Product ideation and development based on consumer needs and market trends




- End-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Coordination with manufacturers, formulators, and external partners
- Product sampling, testing, iterations, and feedback
- Product positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market planning
- Product development timelines, documentation, and launch milestones
- Identifying opportunities for product innovation and improvement

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in product development
- Prior experience working in a D2C setup is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in developing and launching consumer products
- Experience in wellness, health, beauty, nutrition, personal care, FMCG, or related categories preferred
- Solid research, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience working with manufacturers, vendors, or formulators
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and product viability
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passionate about building products from the ground up
