Position Overview The Proposed GREMI University invites applications for the position of Research and Teaching Associate. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct review and analysis of research reports, policy papers, and academic publications.
- Support the formulation and drafting of policy documents, research briefs, and academic outputs.
- Undertake research on industry trends, policy developments, and emerging themes relevant to the University’s academic and research focus.
- Collect, interpret, and analyse data to support research initiatives and institutional projects.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI.
- Contribute to spatial mapping and data visualization for research and policy analysis.




- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documentation for academic and institutional purposes.
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and research initiatives undertaken by the University.
- Assist faculty members in teaching-related activities, including preparation of academic materials, course coordination, and supporting student learning

Eligibility

- A relevant master’s degree in the built environment from a recognized institution.
- Candidates from relevant academic backgrounds who demonstrate outstanding academic records are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior professional experience is not mandatory; however, demonstrated research ability, analytical thinking, and writing skills will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong academic writing and research skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytical dashboard creation.
- Exposure to spatial mapping and geospatial data visualization tools is desirable.
- Excellent professional presentation and communication skills.
