Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development

- Conduct research and technical studies related to new products, technologies, and applications.
- Develop and evaluate concepts through feasibility studies and proof-of-concept activities.
- Support the transition of successful concepts toward product development and deployment.
- Conduct literature reviews, technology assessments, product surveys, and other relevant research activities.
- Perform analytical, numerical, and experimental studies.
- Collaborate with various internal teams during the development process.

2. Product & System Development

- Support the development, testing, integration,



and improvement of products and subsystems.
- Study existing products, technologies, and solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, operating procedures, technical manuals, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with external technical partners, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support product testing, validation, deployment, and handover activities.

3. Project Management & Execution

- Plan and execute projects in accordance with defined technical, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate activities across different departments.
- Manage project resources, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Provide technical support during project execution and after product delivery.
- Participate in field activities and project deployments as required.
- Prepare periodic project, development, testing, and progress reports.

4. Technical Analysis & Problem Solving

- Apply engineering, mathematical, scientific, and programming fundamentals to solve technical problems.
- Conduct data analysis and interpret technical and experimental results.
- Identify technical issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, validation, and performance improvement activities.
- Evaluate alternative solutions based on technical and operational requirements.

5. Implementation & Field Activities

- Participate in the planning and execution of technical and field activities.
- Support resource,



schedule, logistics, and operational planning.
- Assist in data acquisition, data management, and results generation.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, backup, and traceability of project data.
- Participate in domestic and international travel when required for project activities.

6. Documentation & Technical Communication

- Prepare technical reports, development documents, test reports, manuals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper document control and version management.
- Communicate technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use standard documentation and office productivity tools for technical reporting and collaboration.

7. Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve existing products, processes, and services.
- Support activities related to reliability, quality, maintainability, and lifecycle improvement.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to technical publications, intellectual property, and knowledge development where applicable.
