Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Research Analyst with strong B2B research and CDQA experience to join our team.

This position is specifically for candidates who have hands-on experience in B2B data research, lead/business research, data validation and quality analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B research and data analysis as per business requirements.
- Perform CDQA/data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Research and validate company, contact and business information.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates and inaccuracies.
- Maintain high-quality and accurate research databases.
- Work with internal teams to meet research and data-quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain research trackers and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned projects.





Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience – Mandatory.
- B2B experience – Mandatory.
- CDQA / Data Quality experience – Mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Research Analyst / Data Research Analyst / CDQA Analyst is preferred.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data research tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
