Chartered Accountant (Final)

Job Summary:

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CA (Final/Qualified) with strong expertise in Accounts & Finance and Taxation, preferably from the Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the organization.
- Handle Cost Accounting, Cost Control, Budgeting, and Project Cost Analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other regulatory audits.
- Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, working capital,



and financial controls.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Review financial data, identify variances, and provide MIS and management reports.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Support management in financial planning, taxation, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and resolution of audit observations.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA (Final/Qualified)
- 1015 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Construction/Infrastructure experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing & Financial Reporting
