Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Financial Portfolio Management to manage and grow relationships with our customers and support them in achieving their financial goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ financial needs, managing their investment/financial portfolios, providing appropriate solutions, and developing long-term relationships based on trust and professional advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customers’ financial objectives, risk profiles, investment preferences, and changing financial needs.
- Review and monitor customer portfolios and provide appropriate recommendations in line with their financial objectives and risk appetite.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through relevant financial and investment products and services.
- Acquire new customers and expand the assigned portfolio through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely portfolio updates and financial insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as investment, operations, credit, compliance, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure all customer interactions and recommendations comply with applicable regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, portfolio information, and activity reports.
- Achieve assigned targets relating to portfolio growth, revenue, customer retention, and new business acquisition.




- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial aptitude with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong business development and sales orientation, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
