Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through open market and field sales activities. Acquire new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement. Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors and channel partners. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.



Maintain solid customer relationships and provide post-sales support. Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.

Candidate

ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC or banking sales. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer acquisition and field-sales skills. Target-oriented and willing to work in an open-market sales environment. Graduation preferred.
