Location: Balasore Branch, Odisha

Compensation: Up to ₹3.50 Lakh CTC per annum + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview

Drive business growth by sourcing home loan customers, building sustainable channel partner networks, and delivering seamless loan processing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Source home loan and affordable housing finance leads through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and local connector networks.

Build and manage strong relationships with clients, providing guidance throughout the loan application lifecycle.

Conduct initial customer profiling, document verification, and coordinate with the credit/operations team for quick sanction and disbursal.

Achieve monthly and quarterly branch-level sales and disbursement targets.

Eligibility & Skills

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates welcome).

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Home Loans, LAP, NBFC, or HFC sales.

Skills: Robust communication, active networking, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.
