Job Responsibilities

✅ Generate business through builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, referrals, market visits and direct customer acquisition

✅ Identify customers looking for Home Loan and LAP financing

✅ Understand customer profiles and recommend suitable financing solutions

✅ Build and maintain a strong network of customers, builders, brokers, channel partners and referral partners

✅ Coordinate with credit, legal, technical and operations teams for smooth processing and faster disbursements

✅ Drive your monthly login, sanction and disbursement numbers





✅ Build your own sustainable business network across Pune

We’re looking for candidates with:

✅ Experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC sales

✅ Strong knowledge of the Pune market

✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Builder, broker, DSA or connector network preferred

✅ Freshers with solid sales potential may also apply
