Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for nurturing relationships and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives. Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Review their accounts and discuss opportunities for further collaboration.
Client Retention and Growth: Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services.
Monitor client feedback and address any concerns to improve overall client experience.
Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that commitments and deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client status, including satisfaction levels and potential areas for improvement. Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with relevant information and advice. Share market insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.
Qualifications: 12th Pass . Freshers can also apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
