Role & responsibilities The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network, driving business acquisition, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through channel partners. The role involves building strong relationships with DSAs, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs.

- Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to expand the distribution network.

- Provide regular training and product updates to channel partners.

- Monitor DSA productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.

Business Development

- Drive sourcing of new customers through DSA partners.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Generate quality leads and ensure maximum conversion.

- Explore recent markets and business opportunities within assigned territories.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with credit, operations, underwriting, and customer service teams for seamless processing.





- Resolve partner and customer escalations within defined timelines.

- Ensure effective communication between internal teams and channel partners.

Portfolio Quality

- Maintain portfolio quality as per organizational guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

- Monitor and control delinquency levels within the sourced portfolio.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Provide regular feedback to management on channel performance and market opportunities.

- Recommend business growth initiatives based on market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in DSA Channel Sales, Relationship Management, Mortgage, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Financial Services.

- Experience in managing DSA partners and channel sales is mandatory.
