As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for travel agents looking to grow their business through HelloTravel's subscription plans. Your role combines consultative sales with ongoing account support to ensure agent satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

- Pitch and sell HelloTravel subscription packages to travel agents via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
- Onboard new subscribers and guide them through platform features and benefits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing agents to ensure renewals and upsells
- Address agent queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
- Track leads, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM tools
- Meet monthly and quarterly subscription revenue targets

Must-have requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales,



account management, or travel industry roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and MS Office
- Immediate joiner preferred

- Prior experience selling SaaS, digital, or media subscriptions
- Existing network within the travel agent community
