Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers and generate loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
- Follow up on leads and drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
